Interact Incorporated's SPOT OEM Toolkit Enables Custom Integration with Telephony Hardware of your choice.

SPOT is a high density, flexible and reliable VoiceXML/CCXML Media Platform used for IVR and other telephony voice applications. The SPOT OEM Toolkit provides a mechanism for hardware manufacturers to create their own custom integration of Interact's SPOT driving their hardware. Developers can utilize the extensive C language libraries included in the SPOT OEM Toolkit to integrate their existing telephony hardware (boards, switches) into a SPOT Media Platform on which they can deploy systems and services leveraging VoiceXML/CCXML technology.
With this Toolkit, an OEM user can create a VoiceXML/CCXML based IVR on a single host that uses their telephony hardware and support libraries without having to become middleware developers. Interact's SPOT Media Platform can process hundreds to thousands of concurrent calls on one high performance server using its unique information processing capabilities.
