TelcoBridges has Selected Interact Inc.'s SPOT VoiceXML/CCXML Interpreter for the Award-Winning Tmedia 3200 TMG3200
With unparalleled agility and implicit redundancy, Interact's new patent-pending SPOT - a high performance VXML/CCXML interpreter set - is single-handedly raising the standard of call flow resource interaction.
In conventional open based solutions, as voice applications become more complex or the number of call channels increase, traditional interpreters overloads the CPU. SPOTTM remedies this situation by using a unique architecture that virtually eliminates application load and memory penalties, thereby allowing applications to scale smoothly.
Developed for use in telco environments that handle hundreds to thousands of call channels, standard testing for the platform-independent SPOTTM VoiceXML/CCXML interpreter set begins at 1,000 channels per dual processor host. This is significantly higher than the majority of solutions on the market (at ~100 channels/host). The Interact interpreter set also features linear scalability and no limit on the number of channels that are supported in a distributed environment.
