Presenting the new Voice and Information Processing Version 6 platform (VIP V6) powered by Loquendo

The partnership brings Interact Incorporated customers worldwide even greater power to create the ultimate speech-enabled applications: through the Loquendo MRCP Server – winner of the 2008 TMC IP Contact Center Technology Pioneer Award - VIP V6 users now have all the benefits of Loquendo TTS synthetic speech and Loquendo ASR automatic speech recognition technologies at their fingertips.
The Voice and Information Processing Version 6 platform (VIP V6) with SPOT VoiceXML/Call Control XML based Interpreters from Interact Incorporated is designed to support high performance production systems such as IVR clusters in communications carrier infrastructures, MediaServers for IP Multimedia Subsystems (IMS), IVRs in Call Centers and other enterprise environments. VIP V6 users can now leverage Loquendo TTS speech synthesis and Loquendo ASR automatic speech recognition by means of the Loquendo MRCP server accessed through Interact’s platform.
